The “la Caixa” Fellows’ Association: a network of talent

The “la Caixa” Fellows’ Association is a network of academic and professional talent made up of more than 4,000 people from all disciplines who live all around the world.

Since the first "la Caixa" fellowship programme started in 1982 this group of former "la Caixa" fellowship holders has become a leading benchmark of academic and professional excellence, both in Spain and abroad.

The "la Caixa" Fellows' Association, promoted by the "la Caixa" Foundation, encourages the creation of a social and professional network by stimulating numerous activities that enhance networking among those benefitting from a "la Caixa" fellowship.

The cycle of talks entitled "Horizons: Talks & Lectures" is a particularly good example of these activities, taking advantage of the contacts of former fellowship holders to invite prestigious figures from all areas of knowledge.

The website of the "la Caixa" Fellows' Association and its channels on Facebook and Twitter help to keep everyone up-to-date with the activities organised by former fellowship holders as well as their professional achievements.
