  • To present a project, the applicant organisation needs to certify its eligibility on the applications website, where it will be given an access code (username and password).
    Any organisations already certified need to verify and validate the registration documentation contained in the application.
    Uncertified organisations must have existed for at least one year; for organisations resulting from mergers, at least one of them must have existed for this period of time.
    To become certified you need to complete all the fields requested and enclose the following scanned documentation:

    • Documentation required from the organisation:

    1. Tax code (CIF) card.

    2. Record in the corresponding register. In the case of presenting a delegation, the organisation and the delegation need to be registered with the corresponding authority.

    3. Articles of Association.

    4. Document certifying that the person representing the organisation is entitled to manage projects (model available on the applications website).

    5. Tax code (NIF) of the person in the organisation responsible for managing the project.

Project presentation

  • Projects are presented via the applications website for the call for applications using the username and password obtained during certification. No physical documentation will be accepted.

    To present a project correctly all the data fields in the different tabs of the website application must be completed and the project presentation form given by the application must be provided, as well as any complementary documentation.

    Documentation to be presented
    To present a project for the call for applications the organisation needs to enclose the following documentation with the application:

    a) Dossier A: basic information on the project

    1. A1 Report for the project on the application form.

    2. A2 Basic line of work.

    3. A3 Logical framework.

    4. A4 Schedule/action plan.

    5. A5 Budget.

    6. A6 Proposed terms of reference for the final evaluation.

    7. A7 Detailed information on the training (study plan, teachers, etc.)

    8. A8 Description of the role of each organisation (Spanish and local) involved in the project, highlighting their added value in achieving the proposed goals.

    9. A9 Model of a Permanence Commitment by the beneficiaries in the health system.

    10. A10 Justification of salaries and other payments in line with national scales.

    b) Dossier B The documentation required from Spanish organisations (B1) and local organisations (B2) (duly separated)

    B1: Spanish organisations


    Each Spanish organisation must present the following documentation, respecting the order of classification:

    1. Activity report from the previous year.

    2. Document on the number of associates, if applicable.

    3. Organisation chart of the organisation's managers indicating the personnel employed and the trustees, if applicable.

    4. Summary page of the auditor's report from the previous year.

    5. Balance sheet for the last three years.

    6. Income statements for the last three years.

    7. Copy of the organisation's statutes.

    8. Copy of the organisation's entry in the corresponding register.

    9. Photocopy of the organisation's tax code card.

    10. Photocopy of the identity document of the person signing the application.

    11. Certification of the commitment to cover the difference between the total cost of the project and the grant requested, either directly or via third party funds.

    12. In projects carried out together with other organisations, the corresponding agreement indicating the participation of each party.

    13. Brief CV of the person responsible for the project and any expat staff, if applicable.

    14. Strategy document for the country and/or sector, if applicable.

    15. Certification of membership to networks, platforms and other coordination bodies.

    16. Report on training and/or health-related activities in the last 5 years and actions carried out in the country for which the grant is requested, reporting on the last three years of action.

    17. Copy of the agreement protocol between the Spanish organisation and other Spanish partners (if applicable).

    B2: Local partners

     

    1. Activity report from the previous year.

    2. Document on the number of associates, if applicable.

    3. Organisation chart of the organisation's managers indicating the personnel employed and the trustees, if applicable.

    4. Summary page of the auditor's report from the previous year, if applicable.

    5. Balance sheet for the last three years.

    6. Income statements for the last three years.

    7. Copy of the Articles of Association, which must clearly state the non-profit status of the organisation.

    8. Copy of the organisation's entry in the corresponding register.

    9. Agreements or protocols between the Spanish NGO(s) and local partner(s).

    10. Strategy document for the country and/or sector, if applicable.

    11. Brief CV of the person responsible for the project.

    12. Documentation certifying membership of networks, platforms and other coordination bodies.

    13. Copy of the agreement protocol between the leading local organisation and other local partners.

    14. Report on training activities in the last 5 years and on actions carried out in the country for which the work is requested, reporting on the last three years of action.

    15. Agreements or protocols between the local partner(s) and the Health and/or Education Ministry.

    c) Dossier C
    Any complementary information the organisation deems necessary. A maximum of 8 documents can be enclosed.
