    • Enhance the skills of farmers in agricultural techniques and enterprise management.

    • We select beneficiaries and areas that can be cultivated.

    • We train farm workers and young unemployed people in agricultural techniques, management, accounting, marketing, sales and finance.

    • We monitor and follow up farm projects.

    • We help to acquire and distribute seeds and fertilisers.

    • We provide training for future tutors.
