    CONTENT

    This workshop provides participants with a place to reflect, offering the chance to improve and/or change their everyday habits. We reinforce the fundamental role of physical exercise at the same time as providing guidelines for pain management, a balanced diet, preventing falls, personal independence and social involvement.
