  • Cooperation with CEB

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with an exclusively social mandate. The bank was established on 16 April 1959 to provide solutions to the problems of refugees. However, its activity has since widened into other spheres, and the CEB now plays a direct role in strengthening European social cohesion.

The CEB has established a line of finance to provide support for the activity of ”la Caixa” Foundation, cooperating with the development of our strategic line of action to promote a culture of alliances amongst institutions engaged in the social sphere.
